EarnPilot is operated by TRIGGEN Systems LLC (“TRIGGEN Systems,” “EarnPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
EarnPilot is a financial-awareness, earnings-tracking, batch-tracking, and productivity tool designed for independent gig workers. EarnPilot is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Walmart, Spark, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Roadie, Shipt, Lyft, Amazon Flex, or any other gig platform.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be processed by service providers, how long we retain it, and the choices available to users.
By using EarnPilot, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect information that is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve EarnPilot.
Account and identity information.
When you create or use an EarnPilot account, we may collect information such as your email address, account identifier, Firebase authentication identifier, account creation information, authentication status, and related account metadata.
Beta-access and communications information.
If you request beta access, early access, support, or other communications, we may collect your email address, optional first name, primary gig platform, device eligibility information, consent status, page or referral source, submission timestamp, and information you voluntarily provide.
Batch, earnings, and work-related information.
When you use EarnPilot, we may process information that you enter or generate through the app, including saved batch entries, trip or batch earnings, tips, mileage, duration, hourly calculations, daily totals, weekly summaries, monthly summaries, historical records, and related operational information.
Subscription, entitlement, and credit information.
We may collect or process information necessary to operate EarnPilot’s subscriptions, purchases, and credit system, including:
EarnPilot does not directly collect or store your full payment-card number through the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase flow. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and purchase/subscription information may be transmitted to EarnPilot and RevenueCat for entitlement and account-management purposes.
App activity and technical information.
We may process information about how EarnPilot operates on your account or device, including app version, operating system, device type, session or request information, timestamps, workflow activity, error information, diagnostic information, and technical events needed to maintain reliability and security.
Support and account requests.
If you contact us, request account deletion, report a problem, request support, or communicate with us regarding your account, we may collect the information contained in that request and related records.

EarnPilot provides tools that help users record, organize, calculate, and understand information they enter about gig-work activity.
EarnPilot does not provide tax, accounting, legal, investment, employment, banking, lending, or individualized financial advice.
Information displayed by EarnPilot may depend on information entered by the user, system calculations, third-party services, and available account data. Users remain responsible for verifying information used for tax, legal, financial, employment, or business decisions.
EarnPilot may offer subscriptions and consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Apple and Google process payments through their respective payment systems. EarnPilot does not receive or store your complete payment-card information through those store purchase flows.
We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, product purchases, entitlements, purchase restoration, and related transaction state across supported platforms. RevenueCat may receive technical, transaction, purchase-token, receipt, and app-user-identifier information in connection with those functions.
Subscription management, cancellation, billing, renewal, and refunds may also be subject to the rules and policies of the applicable store through which the purchase was made.

EarnPilot relies on third-party service providers and infrastructure to operate the service. Depending on the feature being used, information may be processed by providers including:
Firebase Authentication and Firestore.
Used for account authentication, identity, application data, entitlement state, stored records, and related backend functionality.
RevenueCat.
Used for subscription management, purchase validation, product and entitlement state, transaction events, purchase restoration, and related billing infrastructure.
Apple.
Used for App Store distribution, TestFlight, StoreKit, subscriptions, in-app purchases, purchase restoration, and related Apple-platform services.
Google.
Used for Google Play distribution, Google Play Billing, subscriptions, one-time purchases, developer notifications, testing, and related Android-platform services.
n8n and related backend infrastructure.
Used to execute workflows, validate requests, orchestrate business rules, process entitlement changes, maintain application state, and support operational automation.
Google Cloud services.
May be used for infrastructure, service-account access, Pub/Sub notifications, and related operational functions.
Google Sheets or other operational tools.
May be used for limited administrative, beta-access, support, operational, or internal workflow purposes where applicable.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us, subject to their own contracts, privacy terms, security practices, and applicable law.
EarnPilot does not currently require users to connect a bank account as part of its core batch-tracking, entitlement, subscription, or credit functionality.
If EarnPilot introduces financial-account integrations in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those practices materially change.
TRIGGEN Systems LLC does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
We may disclose information to service providers that process information on our behalf as necessary to operate EarnPilot. Such operational disclosures are not intended to constitute a sale of personal information.
If applicable law provides additional rights regarding “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or similar activities, we will honor those rights as required.

Deletion of an EarnPilot account may not require immediate deletion of every record where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required, including records relating to transactions, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or audit history.

Deleting an EarnPilot account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Users should separately manage or cancel store subscriptions through the applicable store where required.
Certain records may be retained after deletion where reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.

However, no electronic system, network, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their own devices, email accounts, Apple IDs, Google Accounts, and EarnPilot login credentials.
EarnPilot is designed for adult gig workers and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information was collected from a child under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
EarnPilot should not be used by anyone who is not legally permitted to use the applicable gig-work or delivery platforms relevant to their activities.

EarnPilot’s initial supported commercial markets may be limited to selected countries or regions, including the United States and Canada.
Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy protections in those locations may differ from those in a user’s jurisdiction.
Where required, we will take reasonable steps to process information in accordance with applicable privacy law.
EarnPilot may reference, link to, or operate alongside third-party platforms, including gig-work services, Apple, Google, and other external services.
Those third parties operate independently from TRIGGEN Systems LLC and may maintain their own privacy policies and terms.
EarnPilot is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, content, policies, or actions of unaffiliated third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to EarnPilot, our infrastructure, legal requirements, business practices, or service providers.
