EarnPilot is operated by TRIGGEN Systems LLC. EarnPilot is a financial awareness and batch-tracking tool for Spark drivers and gig workers. EarnPilot is independent and is not affiliated with Walmart, Spark, Uber Eats, Amazon Flex, Roadie, DoorDash, Instacart, or any other gig platform.

Information We Collect

When you request beta access, we may collect your email address, optional first name, main gig platform, iPhone eligibility, consent status, page source, and submission timestamp.

When you use the EarnPilot app, we may collect account information and app activity needed to provide the service, including email, authentication identifiers, saved batch entries, trip earnings, tips, mileage, time/duration, daily totals, weekly summaries, monthly summaries, settings, support requests, and related app usage information.

Financial Awareness Only

EarnPilot helps users track and understand entered batch information. EarnPilot does not provide tax, legal, investment, employment, or financial advice.

Data Storage and Service Providers

EarnPilot may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the app, including Firebase/Firestore, n8n, Google Sheets, Apple TestFlight, and related hosting or automation services. These services are used only to operate, secure, test, and improve EarnPilot.

No Bank Linking

EarnPilot does not require bank account linking for the current beta intake or core batch-tracking workflow.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to operate EarnPilot, support beta access, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the service. Users may request deletion of their information by contacting us.

Account Deletion

EarnPilot will provide an account deletion path before public App Store release. Account deletion is separate from batch removal, support requests, or subscription status.

Children

EarnPilot is not intended for children under 13.
