Terms of Use

Last updated: May 22, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of EarnPilot, a product operated by TRIGGEN Systems LLC.

By using EarnPilot or requesting beta access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use EarnPilot.

About EarnPilot

EarnPilot is a financial awareness and batch-tracking tool designed for Spark drivers and gig workers. EarnPilot helps users log completed batches and view entered earnings, tips, mileage, time, daily totals, weekly summaries, and monthly progress.

Independence

EarnPilot is independent and is not affiliated with Walmart, Spark, Uber Eats, Amazon Flex, Roadie, DoorDash, Instacart, or any other gig platform.

No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

EarnPilot provides tracking and awareness tools only. EarnPilot does not provide tax, legal, investment, employment, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions, tax filings, work decisions, and recordkeeping.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Entering accurate batch information
  • Reviewing entries before saving
  • Confirming totals and summaries
  • Keeping your account credentials secure
  • Using the app only for lawful purposes

Beta Access

EarnPilot beta access may be limited, invite-only, or available through Apple TestFlight. Submitting a beta request does not guarantee access. Beta features may change, break, or be removed before public release.

TestFlight Notice

If EarnPilot is distributed through TestFlight, the beta version is intended for testing and feedback before public release. Users may not receive compensation in exchange for testing or access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the app or backend systems
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Submit false, abusive, or harmful data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
  • Use EarnPilot in a way that violates laws or third-party rights

Subscriptions and Paid Features

EarnPilot may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any subscription terms, pricing, trials, renewals, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase and may be managed through the applicable app store or payment provider.

Batch Removal and Corrections

EarnPilot may provide support-gated correction or batch removal workflows. These workflows may be subject to review, abuse prevention, usage limits, and audit logging. Batch removal is separate from account deletion.

Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support once the account deletion flow is available. Account deletion cannot be blocked by subscription status, paid status, or batch-removal limits.

Availability

EarnPilot may be updated, interrupted, changed, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TRIGGEN Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost earnings, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made based on user-entered information.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EarnPilot after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
