These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EarnPilot, a product operated by TRIGGEN Systems LLC (“TRIGGEN Systems,” “EarnPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing EarnPilot, purchasing a subscription or in-app product, or otherwise using EarnPilot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use EarnPilot.
EarnPilot is a financial-awareness, earnings-tracking, batch-tracking, and productivity tool designed for independent gig workers.
EarnPilot may allow users to record and review information including completed batches, earnings, tips, mileage, duration, hourly calculations, daily totals, weekly summaries, monthly summaries, historical information, subscription status, and available credit balances.
EarnPilot provides tools based primarily on information entered by users and calculations performed by the service.
EarnPilot is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, owned by, operated by, or acting as an agent of Walmart, Spark, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Roadie, Shipt, Lyft, Amazon Flex, or any other gig platform.
References to third-party gig platforms are used only where reasonably necessary to identify services that users may perform work through or track within EarnPilot.
No partnership, employment, sponsorship, endorsement, agency, or other commercial relationship with those platforms is implied.
EarnPilot provides tracking, organizational, calculation, and financial-awareness tools only.
EarnPilot does not provide tax, accounting, legal, investment, banking, lending, employment, insurance, or individualized financial advice.
You remain solely responsible for:
EarnPilot should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for tax filings, legal compliance, financial decisions, or employment-related decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an EarnPilot account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You must be legally permitted to use any gig platforms or services whose activity you choose to track through EarnPilot.
EarnPilot operates a credit-based system for certain app actions.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable purchase screen, one EarnPilot credit represents one qualifying successful saved batch or other qualifying credit-consuming action designated by EarnPilot.
Credits are account-based digital usage units. They:
Credit balances and eligibility are determined by EarnPilot’s backend-authoritative account and entitlement systems.
Eligible EarnPilot accounts may receive:
The lifetime trial allocation is intended as a one-time account benefit.

Creating additional accounts for the purpose of repeatedly obtaining lifetime trial credits may be prohibited and may result in account restriction or termination.

Pricing may vary by country, currency, tax requirements, app-store pricing, promotional offers, or future changes.
The price displayed by the Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase controls the amount charged for that transaction.
EarnPilot may offer a recurring Pro Membership subscription.

Included credits provided through Membership or Pro are subscription benefits associated with the applicable billing cycle.

Credit Packs are one-time consumable purchases, not subscriptions.
Purchased credits:
Purchasing a Credit Pack does not itself create or extend a Membership or Pro subscription.
Unless EarnPilot expressly states otherwise, available credits are consumed in the following order:
Trial Credits → Included Subscription Credits → Purchased Credits
This ordering is designed to preserve purchased balances until earlier eligible credit sources have been exhausted.
EarnPilot may display stored balances separately from spendable balances.
A displayed purchased-credit balance does not necessarily mean those credits are currently spendable if the account does not satisfy applicable membership or entitlement requirements.
EarnPilot distinguishes between:
Stored Credits — credits recorded on your account; and
Spendable or Available Credits — credits currently eligible for use under your account’s active entitlement state.
For example, if a Membership or Pro subscription expires:
If an eligible membership is later restored or reactivated, preserved purchased credits may again become available subject to the applicable account rules.
Membership and Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions when purchased through Apple or Google.
Unless canceled, the applicable store may automatically renew and charge your payment method at the beginning of each new billing period according to the subscription terms displayed at purchase.
Apple and Google control store billing, payment authorization, renewal processing, and applicable store-level purchase records.
You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription through the store through which you purchased it.
Canceling a subscription generally stops future renewals; it does not necessarily terminate access immediately.
For Google Play purchases, access may generally continue through the remainder of the already-paid billing period after cancellation, subject to Google Play policies.
Uninstalling EarnPilot does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
EarnPilot may provide a Manage Subscription option that redirects you to the applicable store’s subscription-management interface.
The applicable app store may provide billing retry, grace-period, account-hold, or similar mechanisms when a subscription renewal payment fails.
During an applicable billing grace period, paid access may temporarily remain active while the store attempts to resolve payment.
If payment is not successfully recovered, EarnPilot may update your subscription or entitlement state based on the status received from Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another authorized billing provider.
Billing grace-period length and eligibility may differ by platform.
EarnPilot may support changes between Membership and Pro where supported by the applicable app store.
A subscription upgrade, downgrade, renewal, expiration, or reactivation may cause EarnPilot to recalculate:
For example, changing from Pro to Membership may cause future included credits to correspond to the Membership allowance rather than the Pro allowance.
Stored lifetime trial credits and eligible purchased-credit balances may remain preserved according to EarnPilot’s credit rules.
The effective timing of subscription changes may depend on Apple or Google billing rules.
EarnPilot may provide a Restore Purchases function where supported by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
Purchase restoration is intended to recover eligible subscription or purchase entitlement information associated with the applicable store account.
Restoration does not guarantee restoration of:
EarnPilot may require account identity verification before applying restored entitlement state.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable store’s billing, refund, cancellation, and consumer-protection rules.
Refund eligibility is not guaranteed.
Where a refund, chargeback, revocation, or reversal occurs, EarnPilot may:
EarnPilot will not intentionally provide duplicate value for transactions that have been refunded, reversed, revoked, or charged back.
TRIGGEN Systems LLC may change EarnPilot’s pricing, subscription benefits, credit quantities, features, or product offerings in the future, subject to applicable law and app-store requirements.
Changes to existing subscriptions may require advance notice, consent, or other procedures imposed by Apple, Google, or applicable law.
Any new price presented by the applicable store governs future transactions once effective.
Descriptions of planned, experimental, beta, roadmap, or future functionality do not create a contractual obligation to release such functionality.

EarnPilot may provide TestFlight, Google Play Internal Testing, closed testing, beta, preview, or other pre-release versions.

Access to a testing environment does not guarantee continued access or public availability.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter into EarnPilot is accurate.
EarnPilot may calculate summaries based on your entries, but we do not independently verify:
You should review entries and calculations before relying on them.
EarnPilot may provide batch-removal or correction functionality.
Such functionality may be subject to limits intended to protect account integrity, security, and system reliability.
Current removal controls may include limits such as:
Removal of an individual batch is separate from deletion of an EarnPilot account.
TRIGGEN Systems LLC may adjust these operational limits where reasonably necessary to protect the service.
EarnPilot provides an account-deletion process.
Account deletion is separate from:
Deleting an EarnPilot account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Users are responsible for separately managing or canceling subscriptions through the applicable store where required.
Certain information may be retained after deletion as described in the Privacy Policy where required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, audit, transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

TRIGGEN Systems LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue, but we are not required to do so where immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
EarnPilot, TRIGGEN Systems, associated software, workflows, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, architecture, content, and other proprietary materials are owned by TRIGGEN Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use EarnPilot for its intended purpose.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
EarnPilot depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, which may include Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, Firestore, Google Cloud, n8n, hosting providers, and other services.
TRIGGEN Systems LLC does not control every aspect of those third-party systems.
Service interruptions, billing delays, purchase-processing delays, API failures, store outages, or other third-party disruptions may temporarily affect EarnPilot.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
EarnPilot may be updated, modified, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued in whole or in part.
We do not guarantee that:
We may make changes necessary for security, compliance, infrastructure, product development, or business reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EarnPilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
TRIGGEN Systems LLC disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation, to the extent such disclaimers are permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TRIGGEN Systems LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to EarnPilot.
This includes, where permitted by law, damages relating to:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TRIGGEN Systems LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TRIGGEN Systems LLC in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Users may retain mandatory rights available under the laws of their jurisdiction.
Your use of EarnPilot is also governed by the EarnPilot Privacy Policy, which describes how TRIGGEN Systems LLC collects, uses, stores, processes, and discloses information.
Where EarnPilot is obtained through Apple’s App Store:
Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce rights provided by Apple or applicable law.
Where EarnPilot is obtained through Google Play:

Where required by law, we may provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
Continued use of EarnPilot after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed as necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure by TRIGGEN Systems LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the time of a specific purchase or feature use, constitute the agreement governing your use of EarnPilot with respect to the subjects they address.
